Returns & Exchanges

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

All returns or exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories and original packaging/box. Credit will not be issued until merchandise is returned to our facility and inspected by our Returns Department. Dawkins Office Supply reserves the right to deny any return if the product is not its original box or condition.


General Office Supplies - 30-Day Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days. If the items were shipped, an original packing slip is required. Credit will not be issued until merchandise is returned to our facility and inspected.


Technology & Equipment - 14-Day Return Policy:

Technology products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in its original packaging. If unused product box is opened and/or missing any component, a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied. If product is a special order item, a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied. This applies to all technology products including, without limitation: Computers, Monitors, Cameras, Camcorders, Projectors, Printers, Copiers, Faxes, Shredders, Ink Cartridges, Toners and Drums.


Special Order Furniture and Custom Items such as Stamps, Printing, and Specialty Advertising:

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Please inspect all special order items upon delivery and call us immediately if there are any issues.


Dated Goods:

These items cannot be returned. This applies to ALL dated products including, without limitation: Foods, Beverages, Condiments, Candy, Gum, and Calendars.
