IN-STORE & CURBSIDE PICKUP:

FREE Store and Curbside pickup, available Monday through Friday. Please call 800-880-5448 to place an order for pickup. Or place your order online at dawkinsofficesupply.com, and use the Comment Line during check out to state STORE or CURBSIDE, along with your phone number and if you are picking up in GREENVILLE or GREENWOOD.

LOCAL DELIVERY AREA:

Our local delivery team provides FREE deliveries Monday through Friday. CLICK HERE to see our local delivery route and delivery days in your area.


APO/FPO:

We welcome orders from military personnel and military bases. We ship APO/FPO orders using USPS. We ship products via regular mail, and tracking is not available. Please allow adequate time for delivery of the product. Priority mail is available for an additional charge. Contact Johnnie Allen to request priority. We will contact you before shipping to inform you of additional charges.


LEAD TIME:

In most cases, orders placed by 2:00 P.M. CST; are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will process on the following business day. Business days are referred to as Monday through Friday. In the case of holidays, the product will ship the next business day, after the holiday.


FULFILLMENT OF ORDER:

We ship from over 35 warehouses across the United States. If you ordered multiple items, please allow adequate time for delivery as some items may be out of stock in one warehouse; and, therefore, ship from another location.


FURNITURE:

Dawkins Premium Furniture Service is included FREE with all local furniture orders. Therefore, we schedule all furniture deliveries through our Furniture Department. CONTACT JIMMY BROWN to schedule your design consultation or to make delivery arrangements for furniture.


Dawkins Premium Furniture Service includes:

  • Space planning and design
  • Renderings
  • Delivery
  • Unpacking
  • Complete assembly
  • Installation
  • Removal of debris


Our Premium Furniture Service is not available on furniture orders we ship via FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier.


SHIPPING:

We currently only serve the contiguous U.S. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


We offer FREE standard 3-5 business-day shipping on qualifying orders of $45 or more. A minimum fee of $17.00 applies for non-qualifying orders. We do not offer expedited shipping. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in carrier rates and delivery location. We will contact you regarding any changes related to delivery charges.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Most furniture, oversized items, and items weighing 50+ lbs. are shipped common carrier. Bulk items, cases of bottled water, and other beverages are excluded. We will contact you if your order requires freight charges.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Shipping fees are based on order size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order, or part of the order, is returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Product may arrive in more than one shipment depending on inventory location.
  • Shipping fees on orders of furniture, overweight items, and oversized items are based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery zip code of the order. The handling fees for overweight/oversized items are determined by the shipping carriers, not Dawkins.

Shipping charges are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in UPS/FedEx rates and delivery location. We will contact you regarding any changes related to delivery charges.


We reserve the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of these policies at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms and conditions on our website.
